GRAPHS!

In Room Nine we have been learning about graphs. When we do our fitness run we record our time on a line graph. Some people set it up wrong at first because they had the title and numbers but they didn’t set the lines up right.

The graphs we have been learning about are pictogram, bar graphs, pie graphs, stem and leaf, dot plot last but not least the strip graph.

When we do graphs for maths at maths time (at school) we draw lots of graphs. The reason we do graphs is that we need to practise them more often to get super good at them. We need to do this because we will use graphs for gathering and sorting information for our Inquiry topics.

I like graphs because they are EXTRA FUN! My favourite graph is a bar graph because they are super easy.
