In Room 9 we have been writing persuasive arguments. We got alot of options to choose from.
We could present it any way we wanted to. For example as a: pamphlet, news report, movie, story, comic life poster or an e- book. We also got a lot of option when it come to choosing what we wanted to write about, some options were writing about: animals, sport, pocket money and there were so many more choices!
We discovered that to ways to persuade a reader are by:
1. using emotive language
2. deferring to experts
3. repetition
4. exaggeration
5. similies
6. rhetorical questions.
