Have
you ever wondered what types of lightning there is? Cumulonimbus clouds can
form lightning. There are lots of different types of lightning.
Some
different types of lightning are forked lightning, sheet lightning, ball lightning,
heat lightning, Saint Elmo’s lightning, and high altitude lightning.
Sheet
lightning is when static electricity goes from cloud to cloud. Forked lightning
is when the static electricity goes from the cloud to the ground.
We
know all of this stuff now because Mr Esler told us all about weather.
