Symmetry

In Room 9 we have been learning about symmetry. We painted half a piece of paper and folded the paper in half. My picture didn’t turn out very good.

We learnt about symmetry on the interactive whiteboard. We learnt a lot about symmetry. First we used magazines and cut a picture out of a magazine and then cut the picture in half and drew the rest by ourselves.

Then we used some shapes and made a picture out the shapes it ended up looking good. We had fun.

The next day we coloured the shapes and they looked awesome now we know how to do symmetry.
