JUMP ROPE DAY
On Tuesday 30th October Sacred Heart School had a jump rope competition. We did skipping, Hula hoops, Elastics golf ball with a spoon and my favourite drawing with chalk on concrete. We had to go in Houses to the sport we had to do first. The Houses are Pompellier, Marist, Mercy , Harrington and Kavanagh. We had to buddy up. I was with my sister, Ellie. Ellie and I had great fun. We didn’t want to stop jumping with the ropes. My heart was pounding really fast. For the golf ball race my heart was beating really, really fast. But I did really well. I learnt heaps of magnificent tricks. With the Hula hoops I twisted it round with my arm. At the end Kavanagh shouted out “Go Kavanagh!” I loved Jump Rope Day.
